アメリカ（１年留学）　Ｍさん

アメリカに来てから約２ヶ月が過ぎました。

今月思い出に残ったことは初めてクリスチャンのアメリカのお葬式を経験しました。 私の学校にはSanctuaryという場所があります。そこでは休日教会になったり、このようにお葬式をしたりします。その方とは直積的に関係があるわけではないのですが警察官の方だったので、その時間の先生が連れて行ってくれました。日本とは全く違い、お花は白を基調としたリースそして開始時には国旗や銃を持った指揮官の人が出てきて、棺桶の上には国旗がかけられており、お葬式中に笑い声が聞こえてきたりしました。このように国が違うだけでこのように違うんだなと実感しました。

学校も始まってから1ヶ月が過ぎましたが、苦手教科以外は基本的についていけるようになりました。やはり日本でも苦手だった教科はアメリカでも苦手で苦戦しています。そして私はスピーチクラスがあり、多いときは週に３回、一日で作成して読めるようにするというのが少し大変ですが、なんとか頑張っています。

Passed two months when I came here.
This month, I saw a funeral for the first time. There is a sanctuary at my school. There is become churches on holiday. My speach classes teacher took me. It was different from Japan. For example, there is a lot of flower but those flowers are lease and at the start, instructor with gun and national flag come out. And then a national flag is hung on the fence. In these ways I felt it was so different.

I became able to understand other than my weak subjects. But subjects that were not good in Japan are not good in here. And I have speach classes, this classe is very hard for me. But I try every week.

There is K1-12 in my school and very small school so little be hard to make friend. But teachers and students are very kind so I’m good. This month I had two tests, my score was 93 and 98 point. I’ll do my best to get A + next month.

P.S. I didn’t go anywhere on weekend and my school is can’t use my phone so I didn’t take pictures. Sorry for missing photo. Next month is we have school camp and homecoming so I’m exciting. Today the boy invited the girl to homecoming in cafeteria. He gave her flower, that was so cute;). maybe I couldn’t see in Japan.
