アメリカ（１年留学） Ｍさん

　留学がスタートしてから約1ヶ月が経ちました。この1ヶ月の間に語学学校にも通い高校も始まりました。生活にも到着してから二日程でなれ、ホームシックもありません。ですが、やはりご飯は日本食が一番です。ご飯が合わなくて時々日本に帰りたいと思う時もありますが、私はこっちの生活の方が好きなので、約一年後日本に帰るのがもう既に寂しいです。

私は高校でドラマのクラスを取っているのですが、先日は小学生たちと一緒にいろんな時代のコスチュームを着て写真を撮りました。そして今私の学校は今年のミュージカルのオーディションが始まって、盛り上がってきています。今年のミュージカルは”ハイスクールミュージカル”です。私が小さい頃から大好きな映画なのでとても楽しみです。

そして他にも、週に一度ですが、バイブルについての講演があり、開始時には手を胸に当てて国旗に向かって誓いをします。そしてその講演会では、神に関する曲を生徒と先生がステージにあがって歌ったり、生徒が先生のところに自由に行って、手を繋いだり腕を組んだりして、神へお祈りして貰う時間などもあります。これは日本では絶対に体験できない事だと思います。

One month has passed since I started to study abroad. I went to language school and started high school in a month. And then I didn’t have homesick. But after all, Japanese food is the best. So sometimes I want to go back to Japan because doesn’t match for me. But I like life more than Japan, so I’m already sad to go back to Japan.

I take a drama class in high school. The other day, I wore clothes of all ages, after that we took pictures with elementary school students. And then, now my school started audition for musical. This year’s musical is “High school musical”. This is my favorite movie since when I was child so I’m really exciting.
And then, my school have a bible lecture once in a week. At the start, i put my hand on my chest and swear to the national flag. And the lecture also includes time for teachers and students to sing songs on the stage and teacher to pray for God. This is a valuable experience that can’t be experienced in Japan.

In the weekend I went to Fashionvally, beach, sea world, and more. Fashionvally is very big mall in San Diego so I bought many things. Next weekend I’m going to go to church so I’m exciting.
