   It’s been 3 months since I left Japan. 10 fellow Japanese international students went back to Japan, the number of Japanese international students has decreased to 4, including me.

   Term 1 was over. Looking back, I feel like it was in the blink of an eye, I think every day was very relaxed. When term 1 is started, I didn’t know anything, so I was very busy, but I could make many friends and afford to take classes. When Term 1 was over, I came to have more free time.

   Before Term 1 was over, I had to change my host family for a few days because my host mother had something to do, so she had to leave our home. The mother of the host family I was with for a few days is a Korean, she can speak English, but in the house, she often speak Korean. She is good at cooking, and I ate Korean food for dinner. It was very delicious. I went shopping with my friends after school on the day of the morning class. It was a short time, I didn’t buy anything, but I could talk with my friends a lot, I was very excited.

   I went to the event of anime with my host sister, brother and their father on Sunday, about two weeks ago. The things that we see in Japan were sold. There were places where people could play some games, and there were places that sold unique things. There were people who were cosplaying. The event was full of my favorite things, and cute things was exciting and such fun just to watch.

   During my holidays, I stayed home, but I went to the penny arcade just one day. I did karaoke, but I couldn’t sing well because I had a slight cold, so I lost my voice. But it was fun.

   Term 2 has started. I’m happy to be able to meet my friends. I’ll to do my best just like Term 1.

　日本を出発してから、3ヶ月が経ちました。仲間の日本人留学生10人ほどいたのが、私を含め4人に減り、さみしくなりました。

　そして、ターム1が終わりました。振り返ると、あっという間だった気がしますが、毎日がとてもゆっくり過ぎていったように思います。ターム1が始まった頃は、わからないことが多くて、毎日慌ただしかったですが、友達が増えて、授業に余裕ができるようになりました。ターム1が終わる頃にはゆとりを持てるようになりました。

　ターム1が終わる直前には、ホストマザーの都合で3日程、違うホストファミリーのところにいました。そのホストファミリーは、お母さんが韓国人なので、英語も話しますが、韓国語もよく話していました。また、料理が上手で、夕飯は韓国料理を食べました。とても美味しかったです。午前授業の日には、放課後に友達とショッピングに行きました。短い時間だったし、私は何も買わなかったけれど、友達とたくさん話したりして、楽しかったです。

　2週間程前の日曜日には、アニメのイベントに行きました。日本でよく見るようなグッズもたくさん売られていました。ゲームができるコーナーがあったり、個性的なグッズを売っている人もいました。また、イベントに来ていた人の中にはコスプレしている人もいました。私の好きなものや可愛いものに溢れていたそのイベントは、見ているだけでも、ワクワクして、とっても楽しかったです。

　休みの日は家にいましたが、1日だけホストファミリーとゲームセンターに行きました。私はカラオケをしましたが、風邪気味のせいか、声が出せず、上手く歌えませんでした。でも、楽しかったです。

　ターム2が始まりました。友達に会うことが出来て、とても嬉しいです。ターム1と同じように、一生懸命に頑張ります。
