It’s been a month since I came to New Zealand.

I didn’t cry before I leave Japan, but I cried while on the plane.

It’s windy every day where I live in Tawa. It’s windy like typhoon some days. So, even if it’s hot in summer, it’s cool because the wind blows.

At Tawa College,I take classes of fashion and English for international students in elective classes. In fashion class, I often draw pictures and learn about materials. I made a scrunchie in the last class. I was able to make it with the help of my friends.

I could make many friends, but I’ve never played with them in holiday yet. I want to play with them someday.

Also, I have not been able to help host mother with house chores at all so far. My host mother always praises me, but actually I can’t do anything to help her. From now on, I will do something that I can help her with.

ニュージーランドに来てから1ヶ月が経ちました。

日本を離れる前は泣かなかったのですが、飛行機の中では泣いてしまいました。

私の住むタワは毎日風が強いです。ある日は台風並みの風が吹きます。なので、夏で暑くても、風が吹いているので涼しいです。

タワカレッジで、私は選択授業でファッションと留学生のための英語の授業を受けています。ファッションの授業ではよく絵を描いたり、素材に学んだりしています。この前の授業ではシュシュを作りました。友達に助けてもらいながら、シュシュを作ることが出来ました。

私はたくさんの友達を作ることは出来ましたが、まだ休日に友達と遊んだことがありません。いつか友達と遊びたいです。

また、ホストマザーのお手伝いも全然出来ていません。ホストマザーはいつも褒めてくれるのですが、実は私はホストマザーの助けになるようなことが何も出来ていません。これからは、ホストマザーの助けになるようなことをします。
