カナダ1年留学　Iさん

It’s been 4 months since I came to Canada to study abroad. This month was the Christmas season, so there were many events. There was a dance class announcement on the 13th, 14th, and 22nd, and since I had no dance experience before coming here, I felt a lot of pressure and was very nervous. However, the audience got really excited and we had a lot of fun dancing. On the 13th and 14th, we showed it mainly to parents and others at the theater, but on the 22nd we danced in the gymnasium in front of all the students and teachers. It was the most exciting part of the three days and we had a lot of fun! I think we were able to have fun in ways that are unique to other countries, such as watching a lot of Christmas movies during class and making houses out of gingerbread. Also, there were a lot of challenges for the winter lake. (Creating presentations x 2, MLA style papers x 2) Instead, I thought it would be nice to finish it before the winter break, so I could take it easy during the winter break.

カナダに留学に来て4ヶ月になりました。

今月はクリスマスシーズンだったのでたくさんの行事がありました。

13.14.22日にダンスクラスの発表があり、ここに来るまでダンスの経験がなかった私にとってとてもプレッシャーで、とても緊張しました。ですが、観客の方々がとても盛りあがってくださり、楽しく踊ることが出来ました。13.14日はシアターで主に親御さん等に見せたのですが、22日は体育館で全校生徒＋全校先生の前で踊りました。3日間の中で1番盛り上げてくれて、とても楽しく出来ました！

授業中にクリスマスの映画を沢山見たり、ジンジャーブレッドでおうちを作ったり、海外特有の楽しみ方が出来たと思います。また、ウィンターブレイクに向けてたくさんの課題が出ました。（プレゼン作成×2、MLAスタイルの論文×2）代わりにウィンターブレイクまでに終わらせるのでウィンターブレイクはゆったりと過ごせていいなと思いました。
