“In the United States, it’s been five months since December 23rd. Time has passed quickly, especially after the second month. This month, with events like Christmas, my school went on break from December 18th. On December 5th, it was both my and my host sister’s birthdays. We celebrated with a birthday party at home on December 2nd, inviting friends. Our host mother arranged a surprise photo booth at home, and we took pictures together. Although spending my birthday away from Japan was disappointing, had an amazing celebration. On December 15th, we had a pajama day at school, where students from kindergarten to high school wore pajamas that represented Christmas. The day before, my host mother gave me an early Christmas present, including makeup, perfume, cream, and pajamas.

I wore the pajama pants I received and enjoyed Pajama Day! It was a lot of fun! Currently, I’m in Idaho with my host father and mother, planning to spend Christmas with family and relatives. I arrived in Idaho on the 22nd, staying at a Utah cabin before, where I experienced nature by hiking. I’ll probably return to Las Vegas before school starts, but until then, I want to enjoy my time. I’m excited to meet my host father’s parents again, whom I’ve met a few times before. They’ve been kind and even got me Christmas presents! It snowed since last night, and now everything is covered in snow. There are fields around the house, making me feel the difference from Las Vegas and providing a unique experience.”

　12月23日　アメリカにきて5ヶ月の月日が経ちました。2ヶ月目を超えてから1ヶ月、1ヶ月が過ぎていくのが早く感じるようになりました。今月はクリスマなどの行事があり私の学校も12月18日から休みに入りました。12月5日には私とホストシスターの誕生日で、12月2日に家で私とはストシスターのバースデーパーティーを開きました！私も妹も友達を呼んで一緒にお祝いをしました。ホストマザーがサプライズで家にフォトブースを呼んでくれてみんなで写真を撮ったりしました！誕生日を日本で過ごせなくて残念な気持ちでしたが、本当に最高な誕生を過ごすことができました。そして12月15日には学校でパジャマデーというのがありました！笑

私の学校には幼稚園生から高校生までがいますがみんなでパジャマを着て行きました！着ていくパジャマにも条件がありクリスマスを感じるものだそうです笑その日の前日にホストマザーから早めの最初のクリスマスプレゼントをもらいました。メイクと香水、クリーム、そしてパジャマをもらいました！そのもらったパジャマのズボンを着て私もパジャマデーを過ごしました！とても楽しかったです！今私はホストファザーのお父さんお母さんがいるアイダホ州に居てここでクリスマスを家族や親戚たちと過ごす予定です。アイダホ州には22日に来ましたが、その前まではユタ州の別荘に何日間か泊まり、そこではハイキングに行ったりして久しぶり自然を感じることができました。学校が始まるまでにはラスベガスに帰ると思いますがそれまで楽しく過ごしたいと思っています！ホストファザーのご両親達には前にも何回か会ったことがあったのでまた久しぶりに会えて嬉しかっです。お二人ともとでも優しく私へのクリスマスプレゼントも買ってくれたそうです！　昨日の夜中から雪が降ったそうで今は外が雪景色です。家周りには畑がありラスベガスとの違いを感じることもできてとでも良い経験ができています。
